How to make a comforter set?

Usually we have two kinds materials for the sets, the polyester and cotton. There the craft have embroidered,printed,quilt and so on.

Here attach the normal process for the production.

1  Inspection for the materials

All material must been inspected in the warehouse. The fabric need check if with the problems of the printed or the weaving. We also need check the accessories for the comforter sets such as the label,packing material and the marks of the cartons.

 2  Production process

Cut the material into the right size.

We take the fabric into the product line. Put the fabric and the inner to the quilt machine into the comforter.During the quilt time we use the sewing machine to sew the around stripe.

3 Packing and inspection

To check the products, trim and inspect the products. Put all products together such as pillowcases, shams and so on together into the PVC bag. Then put it them into the cartons.

4 Loading 

Get the shipping instruction, and loading the goods into the containers.
